At Nutricia Homeward we want to provide the best possible service at all times. We love to hear from the people we support to understand what we are doing well and how we can improve our service.

All compliments, comments and complaints are recorded electronically and complaints are tracked to ensure swift and satisfactory resolution. Complaints will be responded to within 24 hours. If further investigation is required we will send an initial acknowledgement followed by a full explanation of our findings within 10 working days. Our aim is always to resolve issues quickly and effectively in order to learn from them.

We can provide a leaflet on how to take NHS complaints further in the event of you being unhappy with the outcome of your complaint.
