Using your feed:

If ready prepared, shake your feed before opening. Always check the best before date, either under the hanging eye, on the lower side of the bottle or on the bottom of the tin.

It is important to store your feed in a way that keeps it at its very best. The guidance is to store feed in a cool, dry place (5 – 25ºC), away from direct sunlight, and somewhere that it will not freeze. Once your feed is opened be sure to handle it in a sterile manner.

Making sure you rotate your feed and use the oldest first can help to reduce the risk of any feed going out of date, your Nutricia Homeward delivery driver can do this for you.

If you have any questions about your feed please contact the Nutricia Homeward Patient Coordinators. The contact details for these teams are located on the Contact Nutricia Homeward tab.
